Overview
The Carnival Ecstasy was built in 1991 and completely refurbished in 2017 with new dining and shopping venues. This ship is one of four Fantasy Class cruise ships by Carnival with room for 2,056 guests and 920 crew members.
Delivering “an overwhelming feeling of great happiness or joyful excitement,” the Ecstasy delivers on its name. There are 9 room and suite options to choose from on the Carnival Ecstasy. All staterooms and suites come equipped with thermostat-controlled air-conditioning, refrigerator, minibar, TV, telephone, and personal security safe.
Grand Suite Extended Balcony
Size: 330 sq. ft.
Occupancy: Sleeps up to 5 guests
These suites have a 115 sq. ft. private furnished balcony. Features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom with whirlpool tub, and living room with desk, vanity, drawer space, and either a single or double sofa bed.
Grand Suite
Size: 330 sq. ft.
Occupancy: sleeps up to 5 guests
Grand Suites have a 70 sq. ft. private furnished balcony. Suite features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom with whirlpool tub, and living room with desk, vanity, drawer space, and either a single or double sofa bed.

Occupancy: Sleeps up to 3 guests

Aft-View Extended Balcony Stateroom

These cabins have floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading to a 55 sq. ft private balcony, two twin beds that convert to queen-sized, lots of closet space, a bathroom with shower plus a cozy living area. Rooms that have a Pullman-style bunk bed offer enough space for additional guests.

Occupancy: Sleeps up to 4 guests
These cabins have floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading to a 35 sq. ft. private balcony, two twin beds that convert to queen-sized, lots of closet space, a bathroom with shower plus a cozy living area. Rooms that have a Pullman-style bunk bed offer enough space for additional guests.

Ocean view rooms have a large picture window, twin beds that convert to a queen-sized bed, closet and storage space, a bathroom with shower plus a living area for comfortable lounging while relaxing in your cabin. . Some rooms have upper, Pullman-style bunk beds.

At over 850 feet long, Carnival Ecstasy offers a ship full of exciting entertainment, delicious restaurants, relaxing spa treatments, and so much more. Bringing the kids? Children ages 2 to 17 can take part in a range of fun, supervised activities through Youth Programs while you pamper yourself at the Serenity Adults-Only Retreat.
